A series of basic stretches that work together to create an enhanced experience of the mind-body connection. The stretches gradually open the pelvis, belly and spine, resulting in improved flexibility and structural alignment critical for a more relaxed experience of daily life. The sequence is helpful for those who are working with discomfort, spinal and pelvic conditions and chronic physical pain. The series can be done on its own or used as a complement to enhance other mindful practices.

Learn a simple process to access your body’s natural release mechanism, greatly increase relaxation and reduce the physical and emotional tension accumulated on a daily basis.
